Today and After hesitating and being shy to ask an interview with our brother ... the brother who is knowen by his MODESTY and his respect the brother who did his best to serve islam and the whole humanity the brother who started his work by singing about the prophet mohammed s.a.s. yes he is brother sami yusuf .brother sami accepted to make an humble interview with the sisters community

so lets start bism allah

sisters community:

in the begining I would like to thank you for the modesty you have and
for accepting this meeting which proved to the whole humanity that you
have a high level of modesty and this makes me very proud to do such
interview with you brother sami.

Salamu alaikum brother Sami in this simple interview
First, we have read and heard a lot about you so we won`t talk about Sami as an artist or your personal life.
before every thing brother feel free to answer any question or not it`s ok if you don`t want to answer some questions .

ok bism allah

k:1.lets talk about brother sami (away from art)i mean Sami As a normal
Person so what does allah mean to you ?and do you feel somtimes that
allah has chosen you to carry a message to the humanity ? and do you
belive in what you are doing?

Sami:

Assalamu alaikom dearest sister,

Yes,
I feel God has blessed me with a Trust which does not belong to me, but
belongs to Him and I (along with everyone else who possess talent) will
be held accountable as to how and why I used this Trust. I do feel that
I am developing as a human being and as a Muslim. I'm certainly
becoming wiser, slightly more cautious but it hasn't prevented me from
fulfilling my duties and carrying out my work. God means everything to
me. To be God-Conscious is to feel life itself.

k:2.We as human
beings some times we face difficult moments and we don`t know how to
solve it so did brothe sami found some difficulies in his life in art
or far away from art and how did you get rid of them? (brother You are
not obliged to say any specific problem if you want)

Sami: Just have patience and understand that everything happens for a reason.

k: 3.of
course you have a special time for Quran can you tell us how is your
relationship with Quran? i mean do memorize or read each day or you
can`t memoriz like me cos am that kind who read and understand
scientficly loll

Sami: I try to read/recite/hear the Quran as much as I can daily and for me it's a totally healing experience.


k: 4.Your
tour to South Africa and darfur? How do you discribe it And can you
tell us about the little orphan girl who did`t want to let go from you
because she hurted my heart and made my tears fall (discribe it in few
words if you want)

Sami: Yes, the highlight of the tour wasn't
the fact that I'd performed for 40,000 people, it was in fact the trip
we made to Agape Orphanage. A thoroughly moving, humbling and emotional
experience. The little child you're referring to (like most orphans)
was probably expecting me to take her home with me. They are all
waiting for a mother/father to come and take them from their orphanage.
It was heartbreaking.



k: 7.now we will move to the blessed
places in the world can you discribe your feelings when you see mecca
and almadina on tv ?and how do you feel when you see al ka`aba ? and do
you wish one day to make hajj or omrah ?

Sami: I find it gloriously healing. I hope to perform Hajj soon iA.

k: 8.
now as you know there is a huge wave of da3wa and there are many good
scholars and those who look at islam as a religion of peace and easness
...so can you tell us what do you thing about dr.Amr khaled and Dr.Treq
alswuaidan who has chosen you to be the star of the opening ceremony of
alreasalah channel(the message)


Sami: Dr. Tareq is a
delightful person and esteemed thinker and teacher. I have the utmost
respect for him and for our brother Amr khalid.


k: 9. we all
know that you love to serve islam and the whole humanity do you have
any plans far from art for example For example, make an orphanage in
your name


Sami: If I ever do such a thing, I will make
sure it's not in my name :) I see my 'fame' and the 'music industry' as
a platform which enables me to do the REAL work, the things that truly
satisfy me and are the most rewarding of all deeds (like the one you
mentioned).


k: finaly brother you have many many fans and some of them are far from allah can you give then an advice
and can you say a small message to the sisters community in its frist steps.
ah please brother can you also give a word to our non-muslim sisters who are trying to convert islam

Sami:
I would say that one should always remember death and that the Golden
rule and key to faith and Iman is honesty. If we can be honest then we
can be close the our creator. There are 'practicing' brothers and
sisters who often forget this and we should always remind ourselves of
the importance of honesty. look deep in our hearts, we will know that
we are here for a few days and when we leave, we take nothing with us,
absolutey nothing EXCEPT our good deeds. If deeds were to be counted as
Zeros, only faith could give it the digit in so needs. So, one good
deed is a zero, ten good deeds are ten zero, and a million good deeds
are a million zeros but they will mean NOTHING without Faith because
it's faith that puts an actual number in the beginning otherwise you're
left with countless thousands of zeros :)

i would like to say O Allaah , I ask you by your mercy which

increase you in iman and improve us in our deen. May He make the good
easy and the Bad difficult for you May Allah Join you with the beloved
prophet Mohamad S.A.S . I ask allah to give u strong faith and to fill
