The Greatest Days in Life

The Prophet(PBUH) said, "No
good deeds done on other days are superior to those done on these
(first ten days of Dhul Hijja)." Then some companions of the Prophet
said, "Not even Jihad?" He replied, "Not even Jihad, except that of a
man who does it by putting himself and his property in danger (for
Allah's sake) and does not return with any of those things."
Narrated by Albukhari

And Said "The greatest days in life are the ten days" Narrated by El bazzar & Classified as sahih by Al albani

God swore by these blessed days, Almighty said "By the ten nights" [Al-Fajr (89:2)] (i.e. the first ten days of the month of Dhul-Hijja).

A wonderful word said about God's words "And we appointed for Mūsa (Moses) thirty nights and added (to the period) ten (more) and he completed the term" [Al-Araf (7:142)], Mojahed said: the ten days that God Completed to Moses are the ten days of Dhul Hijja.

So look to the superiority of the thirty days of Ramadan then the completeness with the ten of Dhul Hijja.

The excellence of the ten days:

* These are days where God loves good deeds, So Love what God loves to get close to him
* Merits are Doubled in these days, Ibn Abbas Said: " Good Deeds in these days are doubled seven hundred times"

Alawzaey Said: (I have been told that the worshipping on the ten days
are like going to a Battle for the sake of God, fastening its days and
guarding the nights, except for someone who is granted martyr (i.e.: to
be killed for the sake of God")

It's a very great bless and reward, so don't waste it at all

How can you strengthen your worshipping in these days?

1. Sense the blessing: God made you reach these great
Days, God chose you so don't sit back. You must work to be qualified
for His choice, Allah Almighty said: " And strive
hard in Allah's Cause as you ought to strive (with sincerity and with
all your efforts that His Name should be superior). He has chosen you
(to convey His Message of Islamic Monotheism to mankind by inviting
them to His religion, of Islam)"
[Al-Hajj (22:78)]. Make this your slogan during these ten days.

Khaled Ibn Meadan Said: (If a door for doing Good deeds opens up for
one of you, he must hurry as he doesn't know when it will be closed)

2. Repentance: It's the life time job so ask God for forgiveness a lot.

3. Occupy every moment with worshipping: These are precious days. Don't waste a moment.

4. Put the hard work of the righteous as a model before you: Try to do like them, it is easy but with God Almighty's help.

5. Honor these Days: God Honored these days, so honor whatever God honors, Allah Almighty said: "whosoever honors the Symbols of Allāh, then it is truly from the piety of the hearts". [Al-Hajj (22:32)]

Your Faith Projects in the ten days:

Pilgrimage with your heart

* Keep repeating: "God we were prevented (from performing pilgrimiage)due to the excuse so please don't deprive us from the reward"

* If the Pilgrims circumambulate ... circumambulate with your Heart

* If the Pilgrims do S'aii(walk between Alsafa and Almarwa... Do S'aii with your Heart

* If the Pilgrims Run ... Run to God & say "I hastened to You, O my Lord, that You might be pleased" [Taha (135:84)]

* Take from Arafaat the Knowledge, increase your supplication to Allah to know Him , Allah Almighty said: "And
when My slaves ask you (O Muhammad SAW) concerning Me, then (answer
them), I am indeed near (to them by My Knowledge). I respond to the
invocations of the supplicant when he calls on Me (without any mediator
or intercessor). So let them obey Me and believe in Me, so that they
may be led aright."
[Albaqara (2:186)]

* Al Muzdalifa is derived from the Arabic word Zulfa (which means in Arabic getting close to Allah) ... so remember (who comes close to Me by an inch, I get close to him by an arm)

* In throwing the pebbles ... Get out from your heart the love of life, and throw the devil and increase seeking refuge from the devil by Allah.

* Shaving the hair: desert life and put it under your feet.

Do Things That Equals Hajj

1 - Sitting after Fajr prayer until sunrise: The prophet(PBUH) said : "Whoever
prays the Fajr in congregation then sits and says the
remembrance(Dhikr) until the sunrise then pray two Rakaa, is equal to
the reward of a complete Hajj and Umrah, perfect, perfect, perfect"

2 - Adherence of the congregational prayer: the prophet (PBUH) said: "Whoever
walks to an obligatory prayer performed in congregation, it is like
making a Hajj and whoever walks to a voluntary prayer, it is like Umrah"

3 -(Dhikr )Remembrance after prayer: "When
the poor came to the Messenger of Allah and said about the rich( that
they had extra money to do pilgrimage), the Prophet told them: How
about I tell you about something if you do you will catch the people
before you, and whoever comes after you will not follow you and you
will be better than people around you except who does the same deed.
After every prayer glorify, praise and say Allah is the Greatest thirty
three times each".
Agreed upon.

Reform The obligatory deeds

The Almighty said in the holy Hadeeth: "There is Nothing I love more than a slave getting closer to me with what I obligate"

So, reform all what Allah obligated you to do and not only the prayers

The Remembrance (dhikr)

"The Messenger of Allah - peace be upon him - said:
"There are no days preferred to Allah to make a good deed rather than
these ten days, so increase the remembrance of glorifying, praising and
saying Allah is the Greatest".

Thabet Elbanany used to say (These are the days of remembrance)

* The best wordsto Allah: "The Messengerof Allah - peace be upon him - said: "The
best words to Allah, Glorybe to Allah, all Praise to Allah, There is no
God but Allah and Allah isthe Greatest and it doesn't matter which one
to start with"
. Narrated by Muslim.

NB: Glory be to Allah (Subhan Allah) .. All praise to Allah (Al
hamdulilah) .. There is no God but Allah (La Ellah ela Allah) .. Allah
is great or the greatest (Allahu Akbar)

* The prophet - peace be upon him - said: "Beprepared.
They said: O' Messenger of Allah the enemy iscoming? He said no, but
care from hellfire by saying all Praise to Allah, Glorybe to Allah,
There is no God butAllah and Allah is the Greatest, they come on the
Day of Resurrection asprotectors and followers and they are the
remaining good"
. Narratedby Alnasaei and classified asHassan by Al Albany.

* Reason forthe forgiveness of the great sins: "The
Messenger of Allah - peace be upon him said- ((Praise be to Allah,
Glory be to Allah, There is no God but Allah and Allah is the Greatest
will washthe sins as the tree spreads its leaves".

*
o One of theheaviest things in the balance: - "Peace
be upon him - said: "Bakhen Bakhen, (words meaningthat would would be
said next is important) and sign by his hand, thesefive are very heavy
in the balance Praise be to Allah, Glory be to Allah, Thereis no God
but Allah and Allah isthe Greatest and the death of a good child )

* Make a lot ofprayers for the Prophet, peace be upon him .

*
o Ask forgiveness for living and dead Muslims.

Revive an abandoned Sunnah

Al takbeer (saying Allah is the Greatest) in all the ten days:

Ibn Omar and Abu Huraira used to say in the ten days Allah is the
Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, None has the right to be worshipped
except Allah, and Allah is the Greatest , Allah is the Greatest and All
Praise to Allah". Narrated by Al-Bukhari.

Fasting the nine days

Some of Prophet's wives - peace be upon him - said: "The
Messenger of Allah fasted the first nine days of Thi-lhijja and
Ashura's day, three days of each month and the first Monday and
Thursday of the month"
. Narrated by Abu Dawood and classified as sahih by Al Albany.

Anas said: it was said that in those ten days , each day is equivalent
to a thousand days and Arafa's day is equivalent to ten in the credit.
Al Muntheri said it is a good narration.

Half a million reward

Peace be upon him said: "Whoever reads a letter from the book of Allah has good reward and each reward equals ten ones". Narrated by al-Tirmidhi and classified as sahihd by Al Albany.
You are required to conclude the Quran at least on the Arafa's day afternoon.

More than thirty million pounds

"The Messenger of Allah - peace be upon him - said: "Whoever prays the night prayer by a thousand verses will be considered from Almoqantarin." Narrated by Adarmi on behalf of Mujahid (Al Qintar is seventy thousand dinars)

Keys to the good

"The Messenger of Allah - peace be upon him - said: "Allah
has coffers of good and evil and the keys of those are men. So, blessed
is whom Allah made him a key to the good and a locker to evil"

Open new doors for the good ... on going charities, feeding a fasting person, an invitation to Allah.

The Golden Opportunities

1 - Ten houses in Paradise: "The Messenger of Allah - peace be upon him - said: "Any
Muslim slave prays to Allah every day twelve Rakaas voluntarily -non
DUTY Rakaa- Allah will build him a house in paradise".

2 -Palace in Paradise: The Prophet - peace be upon him - said: "Whoever reads "Say He is Allah, the One" until the end, Allah will build for him a palace in the paradise". Narrated by Imam Ahmad and classified by Al Albany.

3-A day in Paradise: Fasting, walking in a funeral,
feeding the needy, visiting a patient ... Whoever combines all these
noble deeds in the same day, will definitely get into Paradise.

Day of Arafa

Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: "There is no day when God sets free more servants from Hellfire than the Day of 'Arafa".

* Ali used to advise Muslims to say these words a lot in the day of Arafa "O Allah! Please set my neck free from hellfire"

* Retire to a mosque (practice Itikaf) in that day from dawn till the end of day. Peace be upon him said: "He who practices Itikaf for one day for the sake of Allah, Allah will make him three trenches between him and hellfire" [Narrated by Al Tabarani and weakened by Al Albani ]

* Increase your supplication (dua'a) in that day. The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "The best Dua'a (supplication) is the Dua'a on the day of Arafa".

The day of Eid

The ten days aren't over yet so pay attention, The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "The greatest day in Allah's sight is the day of sacrifice and next day of resting -the second day of Eid". Narrated by Abu Dawud and classified by Al Albani.

Saeed bin Jubair used to
make efforts that no one is capable of when the first ten days of Zu Al
Hija entered, so who can catch up with Saeed??

(Some among them will be wretched and (others) blessed.)
[Hud: 105]

There is a treasure in front of you, So don't waste it away,,

Glory be to Thee, O Allah, our Lord, and praise be to Thee, We witness that there is no God but you, O Allah, forgive us.
